Community Guidelines

Last updated: 29 August 2026

ZIVOXA works when brands and creators can trust each other. These Community Guidelines explain what is welcome — and what can get content removed or accounts restricted. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Creator Terms.

1. Spirit of the marketplace

  • Be honest about who you are and what you offer.
  • Collaborate professionally; disagree without harassment.
  • Leave the platform better than you found it — report scams, don’t amplify them.

2. Be real

  • No fake identities, impersonation of brands/creators, or stolen portfolio work.
  • No fabricated follower counts, engagement, or “verified” claims you don’t have.
  • No duplicate accounts to evade fees, bans, or negative ratings.
  • Business profiles must represent a real organisation or legitimate commercial intent.

3. Safety & respect

  • No threats, stalking, doxxing, or targeted harassment.
  • No hate speech based on caste, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or ethnicity.
  • No sexual content involving minors. ZIVOXA is 18+ only.
  • No non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • No encouragement of self-harm, terrorism, or violent crime.

4. Profile & portfolio content

  • Keep portfolios relevant to creator work; avoid pure spam galleries.
  • No illegal goods/services promotion (drugs, weapons, counterfeit, etc.).
  • No malware links or phishing pages.
  • Adult/NSFW content must not violate law; we may restrict or remove sexualised profiles that are not clearly labelled or that harm marketplace safety.
  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and music/image licences.

5. Chat rules

  • No unsolicited bulk spam or copy-paste pitches to every user without relevance.
  • No payment fraud, advance-fee scams, or fake “agency fee” demands.
  • Don’t share others’ private data without permission.
  • Don’t pressure users for personal meetings in unsafe contexts; use professional judgement.
  • Official ZIVOXA broadcasts are one-way by design — don’t expect replies there.

6. Business / brand conduct

  • Don’t misrepresent your company or budget to bait creators.
  • Don’t leave fake or retaliatory ratings; ratings should reflect real collaboration experience.
  • Don’t use ZIVOXA solely to scrape contacts for off-platform spam.
  • Honour written commitments you make in chat where you agree to clear deliverables.

7. Creator conduct

  • Don’t sell fake engagement or promise illegal advertising practices.
  • Disclose paid partnerships as required by law when promoting brands.
  • Don’t ghost after taking an advance arranged privately — patterns of abuse may lead to bans.
  • Keep availability status honest.

8. Reporting

Use in-app report flows on profiles or messages where available, or contact safety@zivoxa.in. Include usernames, screenshots, and dates. False malicious reports may themselves lead to action.

9. Enforcement

Depending on severity and history, we may:

  • Warn, remove content, or limit messaging
  • Remove featured/listing visibility
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts
  • Preserve evidence and contact authorities when required

Appeals can be sent via Contact / Grievance. Our decisions aim to be fair but are final where necessary to protect the community.
